Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery Times Delivery times begin after payment is confirmed and the order is shipped. We offer free express shipping to all destinations using trusted couriers (DHL/FedEx) with full tracking.

• Europe (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Netherlands, and other eligible countries): 4–8 business days
• USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
• Egypt: 7–12 business days
• South Africa & India (and other international destinations): 7–12 business days

Shipping Fees and Currency

• All shipping is free worldwide.
• All prices on our website are shown in GBP (£).

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

• Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge an additional shipping fee to resend the order.
