Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Delivery Times
Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Below are the estimated time frames for each region:

Egypt

• Free Standard Delivery: 8–15 business days

Europe
(Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria and other eligible European countries)

International
(Cyprus, India, Qatar and other eligible countries shown at checkout)

• Free Standard Delivery: 10–20 business days

United Kingdom

• Free Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

United States & Canada

• Standard Delivery: 8–15 business days – Free

• Express Delivery: 5–9 business days – Paid upgrade (shown at checkout, currently £4.99)

Order Tracking

• A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

• You can also track your shipment via the “Track Your Order” page on our website.

Shipping Fees and Currency

• All prices on our website are shown in GBP (£) by default (unless otherwise indicated).

• Any applicable shipping fees are displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

• Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering.

• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge an additional shipping fee to resend the order.
